Husband (Retired) and Wife are looking to lease a Small Fenced Tract of Raw land (10 acres up to 50 acres) on a large Lake or on Acreage with Stocked Pond(s) within 100 +/- miles of Willis, Conroe, Huntsville or Trinity, Texas for Fishing 🎣 🎣 and Camping 🏕️...And Deer and or Hog Hunting privileges For One Person a Plus. (No Hunting Clubs and We are NOT looking for anything Fancy). And Depending on the Property Size, Fishing and the Location, Our Budget allows us to pay $750 - $1000 Per Person each year and we'll pay an additional $1000 Finders Fee to anyone, including the landowner, that can provide us with leads and help us find, secure and sign a 2 - 5 year lease....
